Seegars Fence Company Continues Growth with the Acquisition of Price Fence

GOLDSBORO, N.C., July 18, 2005 — Seegars Fence Company, the largest and most experienced fencing company in the Mid-Atlantic, announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Goldsboro, NC based Price Fence. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The acquisition expands Seegars’ presence in the fencing industry and enables the company to expand its product offerings.

As part of the acquisition, Jamie and Ben Price will join the Seegars Fence staff. Jamie will join Seegars as an estimator while Ben will join as a foreman. They will both work out of Seegars’ Goldsboro office, located at 1400 S. George St. Seegars currently employs over 300 employees throughout its 13 offices.
