The quality of the workmanship far exceeded the requirements of the plans and specifications. This was due in large to your choice of superintendent, Mr. Keith Hefner. His knowledge and attitude was reflected in the work performed. Your superintendent's performance resulted in a          safe and efficient construction site. Keith was extremely cooperative and professional in the face of the many challenges that presented themselves during the contract.
