You installed a 6-foot wooden privacy fence with French gothic posts for me the first week of July. I am writing to commend both your salesperson/estimator and both of the crews that set the posts and installed the fence on their professionalism, quality of work and attention to detail.
Due to unforeseen family problems there was some last minute re-scheduling of crews in order to install the fence on the promised date and I appreciate that effort. The superior quality of materials used and workmanship in the installation is readily apparent when compared to an identical fence that was done by one of your competitors. Your estimates are not necessarily the lowest but I am a firm believer that "you get what you pay for."
As I told your crew when they were leaving, I have no problem voicing a complaint when necessary but at the same time like to give accolades when deserved. I am extremely pleased with the final product. I will recommend you to anyone considering purchasing a fence.

I would like to say that we are pleased with the hard work your installers did putting up the split rail fence in our yard in Richlands. It looks great. They are the hardest workers that we have seen in a long time. They put the fence up very quick yet it is a very nice job.
I would be very glad to have such hard workers in our business. It is very hard to find people to do a great job and leave such a clean job behind.
