I appreciate your willingness to have Mark contact the manufacturer and argue the case for them to agree to supply the new fencing material. His tenacity and follow-up were key in seeing this problem through to conclusion. I understand from him that there were numerous times members of your company came out to my house to take additional pictures to help get Alumi-Guard to agree to supply new fencing. I am very, very grateful and so happy with the end result. Additionally, I want to thank you and your company for agreeing to provide the labor to take down the old fence and install the new one. It may sound corny, but it restores my faith in the ability to be able to get great customer service. I have told my story to many of my friends. I will make a case for Seegars and why folks should use your company every chance I get and when I am ready to add additional fencing, I will call Seegars.
