General Warranty: Seegars Fence Company guarantees our workmanship 100% for one year. We install all fences to local industry standards. Fence materials we install carry manufacturer warranties, and we extend all manufacturer warranties to the original purchasers. To ensure warranty coverage, you must complete and submit the manufacturer’s warranty card and comply with all manufacturer rules and requirements.

Fabrication Warranty: Seegars Fence Company fabricates most of the gates and some specialty products we furnish. We warranty all fabrications to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of furnishing by Seegars Fence Company. Seegars Fence Company will repair or replace-solely at the discretion of Seegars Fence Company- any fabrication found to be defective during the warranty period. Only fabrications handled according to directions and not tampered with are eligible under this warranty. This warranty is exclusive of all other warranties, expressed or implied, and is not to be associated with, nor affected by, any other company’s warranty. Any implied warranty of merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose is disclaimed. This warranty excludes remedy for damage or defect caused by abuse, modifications by others, improper or insufficient maintenance, improper operation, acts of God, or normal wear and tear under normal usage.
