This commercial installation required a comprehensive fencing and access-control solution designed to support security, functionality, and day-to-day operations across the property. The project included approximately 296 linear feet of 7-foot Ameristar Montage Industrial Invincible fencing, complete with four pedestrian walk gates and four 14-foot cantilever gates. The walk gates were equipped with hydraulic self-closing hardware and panic bars, while expanded metal was incorporated around key access points to help strengthen perimeter security and deter unauthorized entry.
Additional work included approximately 605 linear feet of 6-foot black chain link fencing, more than 800 linear feet of 4-foot black chain link fencing around a retention pond, and a 10-foot double-drive gate. To enhance controlled vehicle access, hydraulic gate operators were installed on the cantilever gates with integrated keypads, intercoms, siren devices, free-exit loops, and safety loops. The project also included custom 8-foot by 12-foot double-drive dumpster gates, creating a cohesive solution that combined multiple fence systems, gates, and access-control components into one coordinated commercial installation.
