What made this project unique:
This project was unique due to its location on an active military base, which meant limited site access and heightened security protocols. There was also a tight window between site readiness and project completion, which required close coordination and allocation of additional manpower to meet the deadlines.
Additionally, the contractor requested that all posts be installed prior to any concrete work in order to avoid core drilling, which added another layer of planning and sequencing to the installation process.
