Dustin Smith, Vice President - Owner
Dustin Smith is the Managing Partner of our Columbia, SC branch. A graduate of East Carolina University, Dustin brings 15 years of industry experience to his role. He began his career at our corporate office as a Fabrication and Production Manager before transitioning into an Estimator and Project Manager role. In 2016, Dustin took the lead in opening our Columbia, SC location, where he continues to drive growth and ensure client satisfaction.
When he’s not working, Dustin enjoys spending his free time with his family, traveling, and exploring the outdoors. He’s also an avid golfer who loves hitting the course whenever possible.

Jessica McEntire, Project Coordinator
Jessica, originally from Knoxville, Tennessee, began her career in the banking industry before transitioning into the fencing sector. She started at Jamieson Fence Suppliers as a secretary and worked her way up to Assistant Branch Manager, gaining invaluable experience that laid the foundation for her successful career. After relocating to Columbia, South Carolina, Jessica spent 12 years with Guardian Fence Suppliers, further honing her expertise in the industry. She has since found her professional home at Seegars Fence, where she continues to make significant contributions.
In addition to her role at Seegars, Jessica serves as the Executive Secretary for the Carolinas Fence Association, reinforcing her commitment to advancing the fencing industry. Outside of her professional endeavors, Jessica has been married for 24 years and is a proud mother of five children. She and her family also manage a daylily farm in Blythewood, combining her love for horticulture with her entrepreneurial spirit.
Evan Corson, Estimator/Project Manager
I’ve been in the fence industry for 20-years, with experience in management, installation, project management, distribution, manufacturing, and territory sale management.
Before fence I worked doing residential remodeling. Married to Tracy, we focus our time, outside of work, on many hobbies since we have no children of our own. My garden could be considered a passion or an obsession. I have been gardening for 20-years, built most of the furniture in our home, and recently have added concrete forming & finishing to my list of completed projects. 2023 building a rock clad, concrete pond with pre-cast spillways, and two 4’ span arched concrete bridges.
Clint Spence, Estimator/Project Manager
Clint is a native of Lexington, South Carolina, where he resides with his wife, three children, and their dog. With deep-rooted family connections in the area, Clint is a true local who holds a strong passion for his community. He is an active and engaged member of the Lexington town, always seeking opportunities to give back and serve others, particularly through his involvement with his church. When not dedicating time to his community, Clint enjoys spending quality moments with family and friends, or relaxing at Ocean Isle Beach in North Carolina.
With over 19 years of experience in customer-focused industries, Clint has directed his expertise toward the fencing sector, both before and after attending the University of South Carolina. My name is Jordan Green. I am a project manager and estimator for the company. Previously, I served in the Army National Guard, including one deployment. My professional journey began as a Boilermaker, where I welded high-pressure vessels and advanced into management and project sales. Before joining Seegars, I spent three years as an estimator and sales trainer in the fencing industry.
Outside of work, I cherish time with my family, enjoy watching my boys compete in sports, and love trips to the beach with my wife—where I always manage to sneak in a little fishing.

Seegars Fence Company’s Company Warranty: Seegars Fence Company guarantees our workmanship 100% for one year. We install all fences to local industry standards. Fence materials we install carry manufacturer warranties, and we extend all manufacturer warranties to the original purchasers. To ensure warranty coverage, you must complete and submit the manufacturer’s warranty card and comply with all manufacturer rules and requirements.

How do I prepare for my fence installation?
Your estimator/project manager will provide detailed information to you ahead of time on the steps which need to occur before Seegars Fence Company can safely and seamlessly install your new fence. This includes removing any furniture or outdoor equipment that would possibly be in the way of our fence installers. You will also need to dial your local service for identifying the electrical and water lines in your yard (for South Carolina this number is 811). Some Columbia neighborhoods belong to an HOA, you will need to check and make sure you have received all approvals needed for the installation of your fence ahead of install.
What You Should Do Before Installation:
- Understand Zoning and Covenants: Check local zoning restrictions or neighborhood covenants and communicate them to your fence contractor.
- Mark Private Lines: Clearly mark private underground lines, such as irrigation or septic systems, to avoid damage.
