Supporting the Goldsboro Community Through Service
At Seegars Fence Company, giving back is an important part of who we are. We were honored to donate and install a new fence for the Boys & Girls Club in Goldsboro, North Carolina, helping support a space that serves children and families in our local community.
This project was especially meaningful because it was completed by our team members, who stepped away from their traditional office roles for one day to serve hands-on in the field. Each year, our Seegars Fence Company of Goldsboro team takes part in a day of community service, using their time and effort to make a direct impact through meaningful local projects.
A Day of Service with Lasting Impact
Our annual community service day gives employees the opportunity to leave behind their usual responsibilities and work together on a project that benefits others. For this initiative, that meant helping install a new fence for the Goldsboro Boys & Girls Club.
While many of our team members serve in a variety of roles during the year, this day allowed them to come together in a different way — working side by side to support an organization that plays an important role in the lives of local youth.
The new fence helps create a safer, more secure environment for the children, staff, and families served by the Boys & Girls Club. It is a practical improvement that will serve the organization well while supporting the important work they do every day.
